Majo St, Fort Harrison, MT 59636, for: Libby Indoor Range Cleanup, Department of Military Affairs, Libby, MT, DMA #30R10281. Note: See Instruction to Bidders for mailing/hand delivery options for your bids. Bids shall be submitted on the form provided within the Contract Documents. Contract documents may be secured at the offices of: TD&H Engineering 1800 River Drive North Great Falls, MT, 59401 (406) 761-3010 A non-refundable fee of $75.00 is required for each plan set. A PRE-BID WALK-THROUGH IS SCHEDULED FOR Wednesday 28 February 2018 at 10:00 am. PARTICIPANTS SHOULD MEET at the Libby Readiness Center, located at 1004 Treasure Ave., Libby MT. ATTENDANCE IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security meeting the requirements of the State of Montana in the amount of 10% of the total bid. This project is funded in whole or in part by funds received from the Federal Government, and the contract award is wholly contingent on the state's appropriation authority for the federal funds and actual receipt of the federal funds.
